Repairing 2003 Z71 Av after front end collision

Having trouble finding a new hood latch for my cladded 2003. Any suggestions for a new one? It's gotta have the long handle to reach under the Chevy emblem to open the hood.

I have had some luck finding used parts at Car-Part.com.

If they do not show the actual hood latch, but show a cladded Avalanche for other parts, take note of the salvage yard and give them a call.

They won't list every single part on the web site, but a similar truck for other parts listed may have what you are looking for.

Glad you got it fixed.. I went to 3 different salvage yards looking for a module for the heated seats and of course it has the pedal adjustment too. And all 10 of the avalanches were stripped except for the back bed and gate. I have today spotted a couple of parked AV's. Which tomorrow I am going to stop by and ask them if they are selling any parts off of the AV's.. If not it is over $100 -$160 for the replacement new off of E-Bay.
