right quarter panel repair cost???

Well I am very new to the club - just bought my 04 Z-66 on Nov 24! I am in the process of building my house and I managed to put about a 10 inch crease in the passenger quarter right above the stock exhaust today I do not even have my permanent tags yet!!!

Anyway I took it to my dealer and the cost to fix is $401 that is to replace my z66 sticker so that they do not clear coat over it, fix the dent sand primer and paint / blend sport red. Once this is complete they will clear coat the entire quarter panel. Does this sound about right

I guess if I had body hardware I would not have to worry about this - live and learn

I was actually supposed to get MuffMans Flowmaster 70 series exhaust design installed today - there goes my first real mod

Hey, welcome to the club. I guess you have to chalk this one up under the "poop HAPPENS" column. Don't worry, things will work out well. The work sounds right to me, but I am not a body repair guy either. Just sending some moral support. Mikesav.
