Road Armor Update?

Just finished reviewing a bunch of the older RA related posts. Sounded like CAFCA was well on our way to developing a great relationship with these guys, including group buys, site sponsorship support, etc., etc.

Have there been any recent updates from RA or other members that I may have just missed? Apologies in advance if that's the case!

James, do you work for welder or somethin?

They're both actually under consideration, but at this point SOR has the advantage due to the matching paint. If you've got one of these, how far does it extend the front end? Thought I saw someone post about 8"?

I don't work for Ben a.k.a. Welder, but I'm a good friend of his. I think it is somewhere between 6"-8". And it gives you an approach angle of 4"6" more. I actually had been considering them both as well. But Road Armor wasn't going to give me a good deal on their bumper, whereas Ben honored a deal that I had with him over last summer. But I think it'd be great if you get an SOR bumper.
