running board question

Hello all,

Since I didn't have the running boards installed at the dealer, I was wondering if I buy them from someone who took them off their truck, are the mounting points pre drilled?

Do I have to have them drilled by an installer or can I just bolt them right up?

Yes, the mounting points are already there.... Or, at least they were on my 2002 when I installed the GM tubular side rails.... Its easily checked by sliding under to take a peek. The rails mounted to the backside of the rocker panel.....

rish, Kajun answered you on the other thread. The holes are already there, it bolts right on, no drilling.
