I recently removed the trim with the third brake light and the inside sail panel trim on the left side to run an antenna wire on my 2005 cladded Avalanche. Several of the sail panel push-in retainers with the Phillips screws were damaged and I need to replace them. This has probably been discussed but I couldn't find a thread with the part number and a source. Need help, thanks

No part number but you can probably find some at your local Pick a part auto salvage yard.

I finally found a part number, GM 11519037. The price on a GM online parts supplier was $5.67 plus shipping. I could probably gotten by with 3 of them but just didn't feel they were worth it and was considering a mod to use other fasteners. Your suggestion was excellent and I should have thought of it. I was surprised to find a 2004 at our local Pull a Part. I went there this morning and found the AV had been mostly picked over except for the fasteners I needed. I took all 8 of them in case I needed more in the future. When I checked out, the cashier didn't charge me so my only cost was the $2.00 admission and gas for the trip. Thanks again for your post.

No problem, you should see what the dealership charges for cladding clips, even the parts counter guy started laughing and gave me the bag for 5 bucks
