Seat Climate Control Module - part number?

2010 LTZ with heated/cooled seats.  Driver's seat heat doesn't work, lights on the door when buttons pressed.  I took it into the dealer to have it diagnosed (along with other things) and they determined it needs a Seat Climate Control Module.  There are a number of "modules" in the parts listing for seats.  Looking for the right part number for the Seat Climate Control Module.
