Seat Swap

Hey y'all looking to throw 2014+ seats from a silverado into my avy. I will have a link attached to someone who did it with my body style. I'm a metal fabricator so I'm not worried about the brackets. I only have two questions...

1. Will the midgate still be functional?
2. Can I wire them to be powered?

1. As long as you can move front seats forward enough to allow the rear seats to fold down and clear the center console the midgate should work.
2. Not sure the wire harnesses will match up between models and generations of trucks or the seat releases for the rear seats.

I know you will get tired of reading this but any mod can be done if you have enough money, time, skill, tools etc.
