Service 4wd, abs, traction control lights come on.

I have had this issue going on for a while. When it happens cluster goes blank vehicle unable to shift. I have had to pull over and cycle key several times before everything goes normal but check engine light on.

I have gotten codes for U0703, p069, p0700 that are in the system. Now it happened last night and was unable to start vehicle at all

I have been getting service 4wd, traction control, and abs lights on the dash. When this happens cluster goes blank shifting does not seem to happen. I pull over and was able cycle key a numbers of time before cluster starts working but started driving and not shifting so I would pull over and cycle key a few more times. Lights go away and only engine light on. Shifting becomes normal. Would not happen for a few days but then would happen again.
many suggestions as to cause. Or fix for this.

See lots of peeps had issues but do not log in anymore
