Hey Folks,

I just joined last night. Got my AV two months ago, no mods yet, hadn't really considered much 'till I found this group. What do you think of cosmetic hood scoops? The first thing I thought of when I saw my new AV was hood scoops. I found some for $70, but don't know whether I should go for large or mid size scoops, or if they will stay in place with OEM tape.

I saw pics of someones AV with the front chrome crossbeam blacked out with a silver bowtie, billet grill and what looked like a mini-bra, throw in the WAAS brush guard, and hood scoops...that's what I want.

I'm going on vacation tonight, but plan on being here regularly when I get back.

PS Remote starter was installed at dealership, but I loose RAP (retained accessory power-20min), or interior lights with the addition of the remote. If anyone knows how I can have both, please advise. Thanks.

gtimm, I have run your post by the on-staff addiction counselers, and it seems they suggest you "visit" a 12 step program immediately, before you do serious damage to your wallet, your family relationships (wife: when are you going to stop spending so much time inthe garage messing around with that truck and paint the kid's room like you promised to do 5 mos ago") and you employment status (keeping up with the posts can be a fulltime job).
