Shocks for body lift 3 inch

Hi all, I bought a 2003 north face avy. It came with a 3 inch body lift and I need to replace shocks but am unsure if I need the same as a stock truck or do I need different length? I want to go with bilstien 5100 or is there a better choice? Mechanic told me to buy online as it would be cheaper but do NOT want to have to return if they don't fit.

Should be the same as stock shocks.

The shock attaches to moving suspension part be it lower a-arm or axle etc.
And the top attaches to the frame.

When you get suspension lift is when you may need SPECIAL shocks.
