Sleeping Platform, Fridge (under Construction)

I'm fixing up my Av for camping. Traded a conversion van for it, so miss some of the features I had in the van.

Am adding a platform for sleeping. Board on the right can be added if I have a companion or removed when I'm traveling alone. Still need to apply a finish and build in the drawer, which carries all the junque I had in the side compartments.

Here's the AC/DC fridge. Installing a 2nd battery and isolator to run it but having trouble finding a way to get the wires from the engine compartment to under the driver's seat. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Cool idea Steve. I see two options for you to get wires to the driver seat.

the first would be the same path we use to run our audio wires. If you look up under the dash on the drivers side up behind and left of that black box youwill see a rubber gromet. it goes through the firewall. search our audio forum for many topics on this and many pictures.

another option depending on how much juice you need would be to run and aux. fuse box to the inside of the cabin. Another moderator "mrbill" did this mod and is very cool. this distribution point might give you all the power you need for your AV-Camper. Do a search for MrBill's posts.

Thanks for the hints on running my wires. Not sure I can handle it, so may see how much the shop will charge me to do all the wiring. Will start following the audio mod forum. "Sounds" like a good place for such help.
