When I am running my AV up in the 2500-3500 RPM range (mainly on launches), I feel a slight vibration in the gas pedal. When I accelerate easy, there is nothing there.

I know it's not a serious problem. Just curious if it's common among the 1500 AV's. Anyone else feel this?

Thanks.
CT.

Remember the pedal is electric so any vibes you feel must be coming from the mount....

The vibration of which you write, manisfests itself in my Avalanche, as a vibration (slightly noisy) passenger side, RIGHT of center, within the dashboard. Also, I am in agreement with you on the vibration in the gas pedal. Strangely, the vibration in the dash, is more noticeable (to me), than in the gas pedal. If anyone knows what is happening, please respond.

I didn't pay any attention to RPMs but have had a similar sensation. I have also noticed it ocassionally in the steering wheel.

I paid attention to this on the way home last night and I have a similar vibration at the pedal; it has never caused me any concern. I believe it to be engine vibration.

I agree RichUF.

If this happened to be uncommon I would think otherwise, but it appears to a design thing. I'll crawl under there this weekend and see if i can't dampen the mounting somehow and get rid of the vibration.

Thanks.
