Slow up near top on right rear window

Since I got my AV 2 years ago, I noticed that my right rear windows seemd to slow down near the top (when its almost closed). I did not give it much attention because it did close. After about a year there have been instances where it stopped near the top and not close. Maybe 9 months ago I had it looked at - the dealer said they lubed the track. For a time that worked but now its happening again.

There is not question in my mind that the window is binding on the track and am guessing for whatever reason the track is somewhat deformed.

Anyone else had this problem?

If so, what was the solution?

I know this dealer is probably looking for the easy way out at least the first time.

One other detail: the right rear door does not sound the same as the other three. I am reaching here a bit is saying that the whole door while it looks like a good fit may be, over time, off enough to cause deformation of other parts in the door like the windows.

Any similar experiences wi the AV or even other GM autos?

My warranty is nearing its end - I have 32,300 miles on it.

Am now debating getting a third party extended warranty - any suggestions on that front?

Thanks guys!

Run a Flat head screw driver through the tracks then spray some WD-40 in there.. See if that works...

Sorry to bump such an old topic, but I'm having this problem as well. Anyone else had this problem since then and fixed it? If so, how? I will try the flat head screwdriver suggestion tomorrow.
