Note he has changed the page but don't you think he owes me an additional camera?

Hmmm. I see what you mean. This is the first time this has come up. I will change that right away. Actually this type of thing (as I get started and methodically iron out wrinkles like this) is why I always contact the customer to confirm verbally what they've ordered. Of course, I know as my volume picks up, this won't be practical. So, I very much appreciate your input and concern.

As a past customer of Mikes and after several threads with nothing but praise for all of Mikes help for many AV owners, I feel like you are trying to get something for nothing because of a slight mistake in verbage. You can't really believe that he owes you an extra camera...............

I took a look at my web site and the specs you referred to were for the $725 kit. You bought the $504 kit. Look at it again. It appears clear to me that the kit with the excerpt you sent me was for the $725 system. The "1 Additional Camera" line does not appear in the $504 version. If you do want another camera you'll need to give me a call and we can make arrangements and spec it out. (i.e., How do you want it wired and where do you plan to mount it)?

Don't get me wrong I am not trying to get something for nothing and I pay for what I get.It just rubbed me the wrong way that Mike advertised one item and then changed it a point of sale.I am pretty sure Mike was not planning a bate & switch and I should have never placed the order.It is just not the way I do business and if I recieve the Snakeyes Camera Unit I will return it.
