Soft Cargo Cover Holder

I recently purchased a 2003 Avalanche 4x4.
It did not come with the soft case to hold the 3 piece cargo cover. Should it have?

If you have the hard covers YES YOU SHOULD HAVE IT go back to the dealer do not pass go and rant and rave till you get it
