Soft Cover Question?

Just wondering if anyone who has a soft cover recieved a storage bag like the one that comes with the hard cover,to store the tarp and bars in.The couple dealers up here, that I have spoke too, never even heard of a soft cover. So they haven't been much help. Any info would be great!I also inquired into getting a hard cover and they had no idea how to order one has they had no part #. I offered the part number that has been dicussed on this forum and they told me that it was a US part # and didn't mean a thing up here.Go figure!

I have the soft cover, and the AV came with a bag to store everything in when not in use.

All the Avs come with a bag, the soft cover Av's should have 2 bags.. 1 for the front and rear rails and support bows and 1 that will hold the first bag and tonneau cover. The instructions for mounting the soft cover are in the bag also.

If you did not receive them when you bought the Av I would go back to the dealer and ask them for the 2 bags.

How long has it been since you bought your Av? If it has been a while the dealer might give you a hard time about it.

Just noticed the other question in your post. The hard panel kit part number is NOT just for the US. There is only one part number. What part number did you have them look up, it should be 12498023.

Thanks for the info guys! I just got my Av last week through the employee programme. It was a used company rig. I just got off the phone from emp. sales and they are looking inot what happened to my bag. They are going to contact me tomorrow to let me know if they found them or if they will have to order me new one's.It seems my Av was used by the engenering dept. and it is common practice for them to remove anything that isn't bolted down while they are using the vehical. They must have forgot to replace them when they turned the truck back in for sale.Hopefully they have gone missing and I will get brand new ones. Thanks for the quick answers guy's, just another reason why being ?member of this site is a must for Av owners!

They told me that # woldn't work in there system? Not to worry I kind of like my soft cover, very rare up here so it kind of makes stand out from the crowd...
