Do I need to make arrangements for a hotel room or can I just do that there?
 
You had better call the Hampton Inn on University Drive in Huntsville.  Let them know that your with the Avalanche Club.  Our block of rooms has expired, but they MIGHT be able to squeeze you in.  If you have trouble, let me know and I will see what I can do.
 
unfortunately i am freeing up a room as well.  i just cancelled my reservation.  if anyone still needs a room you better call now.  trAVelingman, can you pull my name from the list of attendees?

  there are a few family events coming up. Mother's day, and two highschool graduations i have to travel to.  not to mention the gifts involved.  these two young individuals have both managed to be excepted to the same school i graduated from, Baltimore City College.  i have to attend.  when i had to make a choice of which event i was going to attend you know i had to pick blood over the AV. >:D

  you all have a good time for me.  sorry i am missing the Texas crew, yet again.  make sure you take good pics for me.

? ?i hate to have to say it.? this is like the second big one i had to pull out of (that did not sound right >:D). :E:? timing just does not seem to be good for me lately.  there's always the future.  guess it gives me more time to mod before the next one, huh?
 
Bad news, I may have to back out of the GTG. All 4 of my tires have belt separation. The tech told me that it would be a very bad idea to take any type of long trip w/ my tires in their condition. He said that one of my tires took 14oz of weight to try to balance, and the other 3 were worse. I've called Interco, and my rep there, said that he might be able to rush me a new set of tires, but wants to see pics depicting the condition of the current ones, and wants the service report. I agrred to fax and email that stuff tonight, so hopefully I'll get an answer from him tomorrow. If I cant get a set of those in time, I'm just going to try to find some cheap ATs that I can throw on, and use as a spare set.

I too am sorry I missed it--wound up having to buy the wife anew car, and just couldn't swing both
