Dave I should have a nice package about a venue for the Saturday night Banquet - was thinking an awards ceremony, dinner and DJ for dancing - have been working on details and pricing with the guy at River Palace in Johnson City - we can get this venue for all day Friday and/or Saturday and use it as our central location for Registration, judging, awards, meet point for cruise events as well as the Dinner and Party. As soon as I get the info from him I will forward it to you. We have the Hotel and Camp info as well as some of the local attraction information - should be able to put a package together with pricing information for your approval by early next week so you can send it out for
member registration.

BTW we need to work on some sponsors for this event.

as I am sure you already know - member packages will cover some but we need event corporate sponsors to help - Maybe each Area coordinator could contact his supporting dealer or some of the business owners in the club could sponsor some part themselves.

Any coordinators in the Southern Regional area or those who are planning on attending and who think they can get advertisers or donations for the prize closet for the regionals please do so, we need to get as much as we can
