Stainless steel screws in sail pannel mod

Did the stainless steel screws in the sail pannel modd today. Also painted my cladding letters with a krylon silver paint pen. ;D I love these cheep mods! :love:
Both mods cost about $12 big ones :cool:
Took some pictures in the dark, sorry couldnt wait till daylight!

Would those screws be available in chrome. btw 2500 that looks real cool.

Yes, you can find them in chrome. The stainless are real cheep! Napa had chrome screws like $4.95 for 2!
Mine shine like chrome!

cool deal I'll defenately look into it, but thinking about it have you seen those screws with the lights in them like the license plate ones hmmmmmmm

or you can heat up the plastic screws and paint them with gm touch-up paint >:D >:D >:D >:D >:Dthanks for the idea....they look great..
 
did mine with ss screws about a month ago. gotim at Ace Hdwre for 12 cents a piece plus used a flat ss washer to accentuate the look, another 04cents per washer. will post pics when developed...gizmo
 
Gizmo.....I was going to do the ss washers but changed my mind :rolleyes: Dont know what I was thinking ???, thats the look I was looking for! My son even said what happened to the washers???

I did the Stainless Steel Screw mod a couple of months ago and was able to find a Stainless Button Washer that fit the screw perfect. I also polished the head of the screw.

Now that is a mod I would do.... (and if I get info on it... I will do this to my AV in Laughlin....
