Post here your interest and questions for any Mods you would like to see or assistance you will need for your mod project from an attending member.

ECRM attendees understand the "Mod Spirit" within our CAFC and how to get us ready before cruise time Saturday morning. TexAVfan and EdwardK (y) were doing Amber DRL's in only a few seconds time.

Tell your fellow members what you need. :B:

MIKE (y) :B:

Streetglow and only Streetglow! You have a switch on them so they don't run all the time...I have 2 clear and 2 purple. Here the clears are illegal (oops >:D ) but purple aren't here...

You should be ok just so ya don't run'em on the street and just do it for show...

I should be getting some Whelens in the back though, they're a little more superior ;)

Bring some or you can always watch! ;D

Where did you decide to mount them at? Whites are cool here, red and blue are no goes.. Is there a web site ? I think I would rather do mine like you at the GTG versus having the local cop mechanic set me up with the lights
Being prior LE its funny here to see how many folks have strobes on work vehicles. Road crews all the way to Gardeners

You can look on http://www.streetglow.com OR, what I do, is buy them on eBay...fortunately Streetglow has a lifetime warranty so wherever you buy'em, if you have problems then you can still return them to Streetglow and get new ones.

The control module comes with 2 clears so you'll just need to buy another set of whatever color you want.

I have mine in the high beams and low beams, there's no drilling to them either. mmdavidw did the coolest thing for me since I don't use my ashtray, the control box fits the spot perfectly!

mmdavidw and Edward K are the club neon guys so they'll be helping me, and I'm sure you if you like, out...

Kim

(Almost forgot! Don't forget to get a neon radio bar for the inside of your AV, it's low profile and cool when you turn it on at night ;D )

Um, I feel like a complete idiot for asking this but, I just recieved a set of taylor TV 50's. I am a complete mechanical moron. They seem simple enough to install but I was reading some posts on them & everyone said to be VERY careful not to break a coil. Knowing me, that's probably what i would end up doing. So, if anyone would be willing to help me install these at the GTG I would gladly repay them in BEER, a meal, or whatever. If this is a time consuming mod, then I will totally understand if you guys pass on the help.

You should have little or no trouble at all finding help with this - look for me or Edward K - heck matter of fact where you find one of us the other will be close - we can help you with this for a modest refreshment! (y) ;) ;D
