How's everyone's tattoo's healing?

Our's are doing just as Johnny explained.

While we were at Seppuku Tattoo, two of their customers come in fresh from wins at a local Tattoo Competition.? Seppuku customers had won 3 of the 4 divisions.

A male customer won the black and white division.

A female won Best Color with a Chinease Phoenix which I did not get a pic of?

The guy with this tattoo won a trophy for Best In Show.

The last category was best biker which Seppukku doesn't normally do.

Of the original 15 that had expressed interest in getting a tattoo while at STI V, 9 members did get inked.

I think everyone enjoyed the experience and their tattoo's ? I know of a few who are already planning to go back to Seppuku for more ink.

Sorry I wasn't there to get one, but I wanted to make sure everyone from out of town had time to get theirs. Mine would have taken up most of the day for my 1st session. But everyone's tatts look great.

I have a project starting up down there very soon and will definitely be going back to have some cover up and rework done.  I can't imagine going to anyone else anymore.

What are you Guys & Gals using to keep your Tattoos moist for the 1st week

my shop recommends INK FIXX ointment

I remember years ago using Neosporin (but it now has anti scaring) not good for the ink. But I still hear people using Bacitracin.

What are you Guys & Gals using to keep your Tattoos moist for the 1st week

my shop recommends INK FIXX ointment

I remember years ago using Neosporin (but it now has anti scaring) not good for the ink. But I still hear people using Bacitracin.

I just use Shea Butter hand lotion.  (Was recommend by my tattooist also.)  Seems to work the best vs the AD ointment, Neosporin, etc.  Just put it on every 2 hrs.

Now for mine.  I decided to do my sons name with his zodiac sign, Pisces.  Trey was cool with it and later that evening (when no one else was around) he told me that he really liked it and said "thank you".  He's a good kid even though he can make me crazy....I love him to death!

Okay, I have to tell the story about the pic with the rooster.  Matt asked me if his "cock" could be in the picture and I looked at him and pause for a moment and said, "well, if you really want it to be, that's fine, but I will crop it out."  That's when his apprentice pulls out the "cock" in the picture.  I busted out laughing because you can only imagine what I thought he was referring to.  Needless to say we all had a good laugh after that.
