Five bucks is five bucks, and 10% is better than 0%. ?There seems to be a lot of interest in these stickers, and Kevin is doing his best to make us happy. ?He added the color mapping of his colors to Av stock colors at a fan club member's request.

just placed my order for the cladding(sapphire blue) tailgate(dark red) windshield decal(1-sapphire blue and 1- dark red)couldn't make up my mind on the color.
 
Us 2500 folks get left out again ?????????????
 
I e-mailed stripeman about the 2500 numerals, the reply was within 24 hrs and they said that within a week they will have an add-on for the 2500. If they do stripeman goes on the 2500 owners approved list!!!
 
Thats the good news, the bad news is, now I have to figure aout which color - I wonder how neon green would look? :rolleyes:

You got to be kidding me. Man, Mine are already enroute to my house. If I would have known this I would have got those.
 
My faded Chevy letters arrived today (along with the blue Avs for the cladding). I hope to get them on over the weekend and will post pics as soon as I'm done.

Wife bought a digital Sony DSC-P50 so I can practice with it after I get my letters on.
 
Got the Cardinal Red letters for my Victory Red Avalanche today. ;D They acutally shipped me 4; don't know if this was an accident or on purpose, but having a extra set in case I screwed one up on the install was a nice security blanket. Put them on tonight - SWEEEEEET! Someone posted earlier about cutting the decal after the AVAL and then the ANCHE. I did this for 2 of the 3, and it seemed to be easier to put on and peel off. Will leave the AV out in the sun to finish baking them on for good measure tomorrow.

Why Chevrolet doesn't do this, I don't know, but I'll bet that Stripeman is going to make a small fortune from all the people that are going to want this after seeing mine. Ordering was a snap; colors are on his website when you go under the AV category. Thanks, Stripeman. I'm going to send everyone your way.

BTW - Didn't order tailgate letters; I prefer it subdued.

JohnS, the 4th decal is for the GM Brush Guard. Stripeman is including it in the set at no extra charge so it is kind of like a bonus. Way to go Stripeman.
 
Kevin was also kind enough to ship me a fourth one when I emailed him asking how much it would be to order just one. I installed mine on my hood deflector and everyone at work thinks it really looks good!

I have a Sunset Orange Av with the standard cladding.

What would a good "AVALANCHE" sticker color be?

1) Av on cladding
2) CHEVROLET on tailgate

Hi Stripeman,
Just order the whole thing. Back, sides and windshield. I've painted the cladding black so ordered the sides in the bay gray as I understand this is the closest color to the original cladding.

Can't wait. ;D
 
Hey 2500 Owners,

I got an email from Stripeman today, the "2500" for the side cladding should be ready within the next week. I've been putting off the order until it became available. They've got the rough template done. They just have to refine it a bit. Can't wait.
 
A warning for Canadain members of the board. I just got a call from UPS. Because the package went the two day overland route as opposed to express there is now a cod charge on the package I have to pay, 16.35 in tax (GST) and 45.00 in brokerage fees :8:

So, I don't have many options at this point
 
Just finished adding my tailgates letters and the avalanche letters (candy apple red) looks ausesome on my pewter truck
