Took two hours this morning, installed my K&N myself. No problems, except I forgot one gasket, and had to take half of it apart and do it again. I love the sound it makes with my Flowmaster 40, and I can notice a difference in get up and go! Some notes: it is much easier if you put the rubber molding on the heat shield BEFORE you install the MAF meter, you DO have to remove the wiring harness from the MAF, but it is easy,(Thanks BOO...), and if I can do it,(I'm a 56 year old schoolteacher who is nearsighted), anyone can do it. Everything fit great, and it is working fine-no "Check Engine Light", great sound, great overall. Now if I can keep my foot off the throttle, and don't get my suicide knob caught in my sleeve...
