Supplier Discount Certificate

I was wondering if someone could hook me up with a certificate. Also, I heard that this certificate thing ends in September 2007. I am planning on getting an '08 in early October 2007 and I just wanted to make sure that I could still get the GMSD with the certificate. Thanks for any help...
