anyone use these guys lately? I ordered a body lift kit and gap guards over 2 weeks ago and haven't heard any updates since. sent a few emails, got no answer. called and waited for an hour and a half and never got anyone.

151 in the last 12 months, but remember since covid hit the whole market changed manufacturing and shipping are all backed up.

ya I've seen the complaints. I was expecting delays and I'm really not in a hurry anyways, it's the lack of updates and they are so hard to get a hold of. today I tried again and after an hour and 40 min I finally got someone. said they're missing hardware and it will ship in about a week and a half.....so almost 4 weeks after ordering
