T-Shirts For East Coast Meet

well I wanted to get an idea if anyone is interested in getting T-Shirts made for the East Coast.

I'm working a deal now with Logo X-Press, same comp. that makes the Name Badge (really cool) and stickers.

Please let me know this way I can go ahead order them at the same time for the namebadge this weekend. the Latest Monday.

T-Shirts will say 1st Annual AV Rally or something like that. Need your help on it.

East Coast June 6-7-8 2003.

either way let me know.
 
I'd buy one, if the price was reasonable.

I'll have to ponder over what I think it should say though.

Think about....."AVALANCHE CITY".....as a suggestion.

1st Annual CAFCNA East Coast Meet
Pigeon Forge, TN

You might even think about using the CAFCNA Logo instead of the letters....if you can get an okay by Chief.
Also, are you going to have any other picture?
Is this a full back? Full chest? Or pocket chest logo?

What colors were you thinking?
White shirts w/ black lettering?
Black shirts w/white lettering?
Blue w/ white?
Red w/ white?
Gray w/ black?

Is there an up charge for 2x and above or are they the same price?

Well the deal is that it's the same price no matter what. For example, by all means I'm not trying to make any money on this but I wanted input cuz I thought it would be cool to have. Our 1st Annual GTG and all.

If we get 50 T-shirts, it would cost as $7.52 per t-shirt with the logo.

so far it would be a white shirt with lettering. just havent thought about where. should it be on the back. I would like to wear this one on our Saturday cruise if possible. ;D :cool:

let me know what ya'll think. I told them 50 but if we only get less than that, it's only another $1 i think extra. it still pretty good price...i will check tomorrow again for the pricing.

 
Richard....Today I'll take "3" 2003 ECR T-Shirts....2 XL's + 1 SM.....maybe more when you complete the art work.
 
Well WV/ NEO chapter clan... ;) what color do ya'll think it would look cool? I know you all have a pretty active grp and have done some T-shirts in your grp.

I know Haynes makes a heavyweight T-shirt. I would be willing to pay a little more for a heavy T.
I am probably not alone on this.
But then knowing you Rich........this is probably already been thought of. (y)

Well I think the WV & NEO attends wll be sporting our local shirts for the ride down on Friday ;D We went with Gray Beefy-T pretty good quality ...lettering is black with a Blue AV (makes the AV pop) so I guess we are do for a white one but there has to be a pic of an AV on there somewhere ;D

T-Shirts are a definite must have item for the rally.
I would also be interested in putting in my idea for the design.
I can do something for you by the end of the day tomorrow.
Maybe this is what we use the Sponsorship money from Warranty Gold towards (1 free shirt for everybody, pay for additional shirts???).

BTW, havent heard back from chief yet. called again left another V/M. :cautious:

 
Just an idea, but how about getting just white (or gray...or some other "light" color for Doogie ;) ) t-shirts with whatever logo you guys are thinking about, and at social hour provide Sharpies so everyone can sign each others t-shirts with their name/membername/whatever they so choose, that would be an awesome souveneir to take home!

Or people could always get 2, one to keep as is, and one for people to sign, if they're really only going to be $8 or so, it's still a good deal to get more than one.

I did this on a chat meet I went to one time, had fun running around getting everyone to sign it ?;D

It's just a thought though...do with it as you will ?;)

I have TONS of T Shirts....Sooo I gotta have at least 2 from my first ever BIG Car Club Meet. ?XL please.

I'm not a big fan of white shirts but if the logo looks good on it go for it.

What if we go with a Red, White and Blue sort of shirt? A white shirt with blue writing with a red AV on it? Sort of patriotic? If more colors means more cost, then just ditch the idea. Just tossing out stuff!

Here's a logo thought....

on the chest pocket...a simple Chevy Bow Tie...just the outline
On the full back.....the outline of an AV with the Meet details inside, center. (did you see the AV that Spork freehanded for us!? I love that! Maybe we can use it again with Sporks permission??)
I am computer illiterate, otherwise I would get out our handy art program and draw one out. :(

just tossing out ideas.....

I like to do something similar but the cost could get expensive. We will see. Great idea btw. thanks everyone.

I like this too. Me being a DJ and all, I have used this at events ( picnic type events) to get the crowd to mingle. Other social interaction games as well. Lets do this Richard!!
