Tagged a blue 2003 4X4 at 5th and A street NE washington dc today at 4:45pm. Had a DOD sticker on front windshield and had the hard tops off the back end. AV looked real clean. put the prettiest color brochure on the windshield. Had Maryland tags. Been trying to catch a 2002 Z66 gray, running around that area, but big guys don"t run to fast anymore.
