Let's Build this GROUP!
Come and join us as we cruise together while trying to increase our membership.

When: February 26th at 10:30 AM
Where: Meet at the Lowes Parking lot in Jordan Landing.
What: We will be tagging all Avalanches in shopping center parking lots.

Starting at Jordan Landing then heading south on Bangerter Hwy.

While not the most glamorous GTG idea we have going on this year, We will have fun. We might even find some new friends to join us on our adventures.

You?re absolutely correct.   :wave:

I thought of these as a great tool to get some interaction with fellow Avalanchers.  But as the cold is here and the Storms approach I think this approach to get new members is dead in the frozen tundra.  Now maybe if we got a good showing 4 - 8 members with their AV's and it was 60 -104 degrees and we did a few open air malls and parks then it might work out better.  My heart is not in this after our last one.  It was great to see you all but I don't think running around malls in cloudy cold weather looking for that elusive AV is a barrel full of fun.  Now sitting down with all of you and talking over a Burger is more fun a barrel full of monkeys!!!!  Maybe at Dairy Delight in Tooele, or the new Culvers.  This is just my opinion on my idea..... :love:

I do hope every member oin the UTah Avalanches respond to this.  At least to say HI!!!!!  (y)
 
Hey all,

Sorry I haven't been around much. There just has been a lot going on lately that has put me in a non-AV mood. A good part of my family has been having health problems since the end of last year and I just haven't been in the mood. I would like to do something Saturday but I still am not sure right now if it will work out. I am hoping to be there. I like the Dairy Delight idea. We went to Culver's last weekend. They screwed up our order and the burger sure didn't look like the one on the picture...  (n)  I wasn't very impressed. Really though, whatever you all decide on is fine with me. I just hope I can make it.

Ok. Seeing the flow here, I have an idea.
There is a restaraunt on state near 2100 S called the Busy Bee. The claim really good garlic burgers.
I know that Dairy Delight is just amazing but with the possibility of the blessed snow keeps me from wanting to drive all of the way out there.
If you are interested we can try this new place or another. Just a lunch and hang out time.
Let me know.
