I would have to guess that anything could be done with the right wiring adapters and ability, could be expensive swap though.
The thing that would be easiest would be to contact customer service at Crutchfield and tell them exactly what make and model AV you have and what features you wish to upgrade. They can set you up with a head unit and all adapters necessary to do what you want, one stop shopping....
