Docopharm for helping the kids have a great time.
Hoss and of course Momma Jo for all the trinkets and such for the kids, they so looked forward to that. I must say that you guys really pulled off something special this year. A GTG that was great fun for man, woman and child. Not an easy task, yet you pulled it off. It was great to meet new people as well as see some old friends. Let's do it again soon ;)

Two words can describe this weekend for us all..

"SIMPLY OUTSTANDING"
We had a blast !!! Thanks to Tinman and to all in attendance for making this a great weekend. Great to see old friends and meet al of the new ones So many thanks to so many..... Sourmash thank you and "Easy Sqeezy" ;D for the decals, bottle, your help, and all of your efforts to make so many welcome. This was great to see many folks enjoy themselves and assist others with all of the different things going.

Tinmans words hold true, and Hangman stated the obvious this afternoon on the " Florida LPM Cruise home" - I have to quote him but it holds true for many of us, his words were; "I joined the club becasue of the Avalanche, I stay because of the people"
WE can't get a better group of people than what we have here.

Lord, I' try not to use so much Black velvet in your beer next Time >:D
SpaceGator, welcome to the club and thankls for pitching the mod tent and being a good sport about the garbage detail joke.. ;D >:D
Just remember now you've made your GTG, you can pass it on to the next newbie  :0: >:D
And thanks to BIGBLOCK- aka "SHOW OFF" for convincing me I don't have enough "STROBES"
Ghost, great to meet your wife finally to prove you were married!!

Got some pics not like David of course but will post them on the pic thread.
You guys will love Boo and his new outfit  >:D >:D

I look forward to STI III which will be even better ! ! (y) :)

What I find so interesting at these groups, is exactly like Hangman stated! I can not tell you how great feeling it was when I pulled up on Thursday. and people that I had not seen in a year or just 2 months were like Hey Squatch! Here is a beer and let's talk! Hoss and Mama, the frogs were great and everything you add to the event was incrediable! Lee you are the pumpkin man! Lord you are like the little brother that I never had! Boo, Kelly, RJ and Laura you guys are family!! Hangman you are one of a kind! Sourmash you are like the father of the group at times! Now when you see a guy coming at your Avalance with a hole cutter heading to your Avalanche- IT MUST BE GHOST!! Does a great job!! (Thank you again for the cup holders) Corvette Joe and wife you are great to hang with and some day I want a ride in the C-5!! Ian and Auburn, I look forward in co-Coordinating our local chapter!! (Yes Ian and I are now doing North Atlanta and North GA) http://www.chevyavalanchefanclub.com/cafcna/index.php?board=26;action=display;threadid=36141

There are many more people that was at this event that I could continue on and on!! Tinman you are the master of the GTG!! I mean look we had over 100 people at the events and no conflicts! When was the last time that happened! You guys are like family!! Wait let me correct that, you are family!! We take care of each other!!

I appreciate it. Glad to be a small part of things.

What do you mean about the $1500 though?
Did someone get busted, or do you mean that I would have burned thru 2 complete sets of tires?

Tinman informed us that is the fine in Chatman County for doing a burnout. :2:

I am still here in my hotel room at OPBR. Using THE finest Internet connection possible...

I want to thank all of you. This has been such a special vacation for me. Like all of you I have been under a lot of stress. Hanging out with y'all has really helped me to relax and have a good time. Jack (my emotional support ;) buddy) would like to thank you all as well. The poor guy has been asleep since we got back from the riverside cruise part 2. He was such a good boy. I'd like to thank all of you for keeping an eye out for him while I was under the spell of mod fever. Tinman... You got a heart of GOLD! You made this the experience of a lifetime. It can only get better!
I especially want to thank Kelly, Momma Joe, and Squatch for "broadening" Jack's horizons to all of the neat things out there to drink. For teaching Jack how to open the beer cooler. He would have learned to fetch the beers. But he was more interested in the ice in the cooler.
I want to thank all of your kids and spouses especially OveidoAV, Ghost, DamonCollins, Redfeather, Hug_R_AV, and Hangman for all of the love and attention they showed for Jack. It is because of them that Jack had such a good time while we were partying. I can't thank all of you enough! Since we got back in our room Jack crashed head first into his bed. All I hear from him is a little snoring.

I thought about all of the modding I did. Here is the list of Completed JohnBChef Mods...

Full time DRL's/All4onHi
Zukracer
Redfeather
GAHillbillies
Lanman1

700 Watt power inverter install into saddle bag
Hug_R_AV

Middeck construction
spacegator

Sailpanel LED's
ME ;D

I especially want to thank Hug_R_AV. For having the courage to let me and DamonCollins work on his truck. His pioneering spirit allowed us to create the process of making the clean install of the 700 watt power inverter into the saddle bag. Huggie MUST remember to secure that power inverter, finish the external connection, and POST PICS. DamonCollins. There is NO ONE that I would EVER want to be out there modding with than you! You inspired me to keep pushing. You beat yourself up kinda hard when you misdirected the positive wire but I really didn't care. It just gave me a chance to double check my wires under the truck. Huggie has a good install now and it is because of us! to you! One important note when doing any wiring under your vehicle. CLEAN THE UNDERSIDE DANG IT. I think I still have mud in my eyes from Mikes truck! AND I HAD GLASSES ON!!! You have a permanent invite to the West Palm area. When CorvetteJoe and I get the WPB GTG lined up We'll lock the date in with your schedule in mind!
I also want to thank Sourmash and spacegator. This was spacegator's first GTG. I have to say he was such a good sport he hauled up that huge tent for the mod area. Sourmash brought up lots of extra parts so people that weren't sure if they wanted to mod could because he had extra parts. He did that out of the kindness of his heart. He made great financial risk in the name of CAFCNA. He is a true blue member of the modders club. These 2 men in my mind contributed above and beyond.

Just a quick word of thanks to all I met at my first GTG. It was fun being there with you even though I missed the mods due to being on River Street all day with the wife. Take care and God bless.

Thanx Tinman and everyone Renee and I had a blast.

We are very glad we made it there.

The moding was great and seeing new members as well as old ones was the best.
