Well Some of you may remeber me.I had a 2002 avalanche the day the local dealer Got them in...Was in a 22 car pile up in NJ...the AV built like a rock was the only car/truck to drive out under its own power. Had great times with the truck and used it (2002 with 106,000 miles). But I recently picked up a new toy so the Avalanche had to go.

Bought a 2003 Hummer h2

some shots... I miss the Av but...this new truck rocks.

and I also have a show probe... its a sickness I love these cars.

This is the most recent shot of the AV and probe...As oyu can see with the drop and the jesse james wheels...I miss the thing :(

do you have any photos of the damage to your truck?

Did it get salvaged by insurance?

Very nice..A friend of mine bill owns a black H2 with cadalace front,bagged, etc. He has a shop called roadsurfer. Great guy and does crazy things.. Also come join www.h2source.com and the H2 club Great people and we have tons of fun at the meets (recently closed down 33rd-34th in timessquare just for the h2's!)


As for mods on this truck. Im gonna pull it into the shop soon install the vison,headrest,flipout tv's, subs,amps, etc fiberglass the w7's in, blah blah, Also have 26 x 10jesse james 357's in the mail that will only be on for the car shows. Maybe DUB mag...maybe ;D


As for the accident I posted them here in a past forum. I went back and looked for you but I hosted all the photos on an old server which currently isn't online any longer. And I do not have them on my computer anymore. Sorry. Maybe a member on here might have them saved somewhere.

As for the truck itself..Its in the pictures above It had the least damage of all in the pile up and was the only one to drive out under its own power. $4,000ish to repair.
 
I did the same thing and I love the new H-2. It is hard to compare the two since they are completly different vechicles.I still have my 02 AV but will be saying goodbye soon. A brand new H-2 to play with,since I got it I have installedf a 8,000 lbs winch,removeable street GPS(with External antenna),700 watt. power inverter,strobes front and back and lots more stuff for a crooss county trip from FL to Alaska in May of 04
 
Yea so far for the hummer got the tv's,dvd nav,subs,amps,ps2,xbox, custom cf dash being made, maybe a cf headliner to house the 14.1 flip down lcd, the 26x10 jessje james 357's (on their way) HID's

Should be a fun all around toy (y)
 
I've been thinking about it for awhile now... I love these damn trucks. If anyone wants to buy a 1994 nissan skyline gts25t low miles,rhd,dynoed at 600 hp let me know...I WANT another avalanche. :B:

If I could afford the insurance on one of those I'd have a Skyline. Something about 600hp says its going to be expensive.
 
Wow, nice H2. Do you have a better pic of your AV dropped with the JesseJames Wheels? I would like to see a better pic.
 
I wish I did have all of my old photos...but stipid me put the digital photos on my old HDD and never backed it up...one day power went out..there went the MB and the hdd :( lost everything. I miss the truck. As for the skyline I'll be willing to let it go for $13,000 usd I paid 10,000 and put another 4,200 in shipping. Its here as a "show" car so its registered for 38 upcoming major car shows. paid and all. Will be in the yokohama booth or Onlineshowoff.com booth at most of them.
 
Also right now the line IS NOT legalized. It *by law* cannot be driven on US roads. To make it street legal it must be sent off to a company in CA called motorex. They quoted me 16,- - - to have the car meet epa and dot regulations etc. The car IS running kanjii jap plates and is legal to drive over there at any moment (friend in japan under the air force helped me out) so It will come with REAL jp plated with no yankee Y. Its as JDM as its gonna get.
