The Cruisin New england Magazine All Wheels Festival
is scheduled to take place on Aug 28-29, 2004
at Barnstable County Fairgrounds in Falmouth MA

You don't just get to look at AV's but also Antique's, Classic's, Hot Rods, Custom Trucks Etc
We will attend on Sunday as a group but post your preference, as some will be there on Sat
We attended this GTG last year and had a great time
This year, GM is sponsoring it and should have a display
Directions and Plans
From 195, take east to exit 22a [Rt 25]
From Rt 3
Take 3 south to the Sagamore Bridge [do not go over] Take the right before the Bridge / Rt 6 to Bourne
After you go under the Bourne Bridge bear right into the rotary
If you are heading to the Fairgrounds, bear right again onto Rt25 and loop up over the Bridge/ if meeting in the morn, bear left in the rotary and tugboat is on the right
From Rt 495
495 turns into Rt 25 and goes directly over the Bourne Bridge
If you are meeting Sunday morning, take exit 2 off 25 at the foot of the bridge, as you come off the offramp, you will see a Tugboat on the right, Grandma's is right behind it
To get to the Fairgrounds
Go over the Bourne Bridge, enter the rotary and take Rt 28 south to Falmouth
Go south 7 miles to Rt 151
Bear right at the end of the ramp and take Rt 151 twards Mashpee
Go 4.2 miles and fairgrounds is on the left
Last year we entered from Currier Rd on left
If not coming with the convoy, just mention you are with the
Avalanche Fan Club

The 1 day entry fee for the truck is $15.00 with all passengers
If you are walking into the show it is $10pp -
$5 for kids under 10
If you are meeting us Sunday morning, we will be meeting between 8:30 and 9:30 am at Grandma's Pies parking lot
We will arrive at the fairgrounds before 10 am
The show and judging is till about 4 pm
They do have food and entertainment, but it may be helpful to brings soda's and snack foods
Beck will be making up name tags, so if you haven't provided your names of attendee's please do
I have a portable tent, but if anyone wants to bring there's would be helpful
ALSO
If anyone has a AVALANCHE TENT, it would be great to set up some trucks for display
For those of you coming for more than one day and have kids, here is a couple of things to do
2 miles south of the Bourne Bridge on Rt 28 is Adventure Isle
Go carts and games etc
If you take the 3rd exit off the Bridge rotary before the Bickfords, there is the Gallo, Ice arena, about 1.2 mile on the left Someday's have free skate times
If you take Rt 28 South all the way into Falmouth [20 mins]
When Rt 28 turns Left, bear right onto Woods Hole Rd
take that into Wodds Hole and there is NOAA aquarium @ the very end of the road
If you head back to Falmouth and bear right back onto Rt 28, go thru Falmouth center and Leary's Amusment center is in after the Village green on the right> bowling, game room etc
