The instructions that come with them say to loosen the bolts on the bottom of the board last to make the final adjustments. It is better to do that before you mount them. It's much easier to get the first bolts in if there is a little play in the mounting brackets. Otherwise it's a Female Dog to line everything up perfectly to start those first bolts :0:
