I have a 2500 4x4 on order. I am going to upgrade the tires before I ever leave the dealership. I understand that the 2500 4x4's come with 245 tires. My question is:
what is the largest tire I can put on it with out causing a rubbing condition. I do not plan on raising the AV any to start with. I currently run Michelin 285 on my F-250
and would like to put the same 285/r70 on the AV.
any thoughts or suggestions??

I have the 265's on mine, with no problem. I wanted to go to the 285's and have heard mixed stories. Some say its fine with a little T-Bar crankage, and some say it rubs no matter what. I am going to try the BFG AT's at 285 very soon. Its really trial and error with the way the front of the truck is lower than the back.... :8:
