Sharp looking truck, and I love those pinstripes. Ever since I got mine I've been thinking that it needs a stripe. Is yours painted or tape? How about the Avalanche decal. It looks smaller that the Stripeman cladding letters, is it? Where did you get it or how did you make it? Did you put it on, or did you go somewhere for it?

I'd love to hear more.

OK...let's see here....

To the Raiders fan....my neighbor is a huge Raiders fan and he was giving me grief about buying black, too. So, I humored him, put a Raiders logo magnet on my AV and snapped a couple of pictures....that's the last time my AV will ever see anything Raiders on it.

I also took some advice from another person....my plate number has been blurred out on one of the pictures now. Good idea, I didn't even think of that.

Congratulations !!!! I've been asked to put a "Huskers" sticker on my Avy. I refused as I am not a native nebraskan and wish Nebraska had a professional sports team.

Anyway Congrats!!! and happy modding!!!

Thanks...

Actually the pinstripes were dealer installed, along w/ the tailgate lettering and the red lettering on the cladding. I haven't seen what Stripeman's cladding lettering looks like to compare, but looking at it close up the lettering fits the raised lettering, but the lettering in the stripe is a bit smaller to be proportional w/ the striping.

Basically it was an excuse for the dealer to add to the cost, they put $40-50 in striping and charge $300 for it, once thats done, they can put $5,000 additional for trade in allowance even though there wasn't a trade... but you don't want to get me started on that BS. Looking back it was a mistake to buy at the time... (high pressure sales, etc.) I've lived and learned believe me!
