Transmission, Harsh Shift 2 To 3

No doubt this is not a new topic however, I have searched for the subject and did not find an answer even through I asked for the past 180 days. My Avalanche has 18K and I get a harsh shift from 2 to 3. It is most noticible with very slow acceleration from a stop.
