Has anyone built / bought anything that works for keeping items stored under the rear seats from rolling around? That just seems to me like a great place to store small things that would be tough to reach at the bottom of the cargo boxes.

I am thinking of trying to do some kind of storage container this weekend and wanted to see if anyone had any ideas.

Thanks!

I keep a roll of paper towels and a first aid kit there. I haven't thought of putting a container there.

:D:sounds lame
First Aid kit fine if placed properly
A rool of paper towels
Come on
That's all I have to say
We are improving an already great vehicle, to hear that just gets me mad!
Ie.. I store my childs toys there........
Not the right forum
At least in my opion
Not trying to be mean
but come on :7:

Man, take a pill. I would rather hear about his paper towels than your flaming email.

Yes.........go to www.stylinconcepts.com they have a container set to go under the seat. I'm looking at it right now. Runs about....$34.95.

Just place towels on the front edge they will not move and keep stuff behind it from sliding out when braking.....I have first aid kit, couple dozen company logo golf balls, company catalogs, and gloves....

Been storeing things under the rear seat since i bought this truck i keep an umbrella road service kit with ( air pump tire inflater) blanket or two when needed safty equipment when needed extra ammo, knife, cable saw, small hatchet several MRE's looking for a break down bow it's cramped but all fits

TXAVALANCHE1..

I was just browsing the www.stylinconcepts.com web site and did not find an under seat container set.

Was the set specific to the Av or generic?

Do you have a link to that specific page? Or their ordering number?

Located this last night after reading the above post. They are not available for the AV according to their listings.

May want to call them directly to see if they offer it. BTW, Steel Horse which is the manufacturer of these items is going through bankruptcy reorganization. Their old web page no longer works. Thought I would save you a few steps.

I used to use a shoe box which worked fine but when it got a little worn I replaced it with one of those plastic desk trays - in/out box. Simple and already on-hand!

Wow I keeping thinking how to make that area really work for me. I always need to consider that I put the mid gate down often to take my dogs for their run in the river so the seats would impact that area.

Target actually has containers that fit, I am sure you can find them at Walmart, that way I can pull them out.

I have an Umbrella, First Aide Kit, YES A ROLL of PAPER Towels, (Mongoose, learn to spell, and you must not have have kids, oh and for only having 5 posts, ease up big boy), Thomas Guide, Deck of cards, never know when you want to play Hearts, Spare Fishing reel, small tool kit for my MTN Bike, light jacket.

My wife has a boat load of different sized rubbermaid containers ... we use em for Leggos, etc... they fit great and the notch out in the seat holds them in place.

We put the Headphones for the rear Radio set up. And on long trips put the Portable DVD player and DVDs when they are not in use.

Under the Driver side... first Aid kit... PAPER TOWELS, My work gloves, flashlight and Air gage...

Nice little hide away!!
