I bought some underbody lights with no instructions and I have a few questions that I just can't seem to find the answers on.

1. Placement - Zip ties vs screws - where do most people put their tubes?  Mount them with the brackets or zip tie them somewhere?

2. Are there any holes that I can feed my wires through to the inside or do I need to drill a hole.  And where could/should I go through?

3. Do you tap into a hot wire or just run wire from the battery?  What gauge would be best?

Any help would be appreciated - pics would be better!

Depends on the type of kit you bought and the style of AV you have..
I know there are a few threads out there that are detailed as far as how too install etc..

2.  Several people use the grommet for the ebrake cable (Under Drivers Feet) for an easy location, others thru the grommet on firewall on drivers side as well..

1.  Depending how many tubes you have most kits come with 4.  One  in front and rear, the other 2 near the running boards..  Screws in all if you can, if not zips will work ok..

3.  Better to run a fresh fused wire from battery.  Gauge would be good to have 12 or higher..  Will try to find some install pics, but I know thye have some great ones on the Penn AV Site..

Have fun..  And hope to see some glow PICS soon

If you don't get it done by next weekend, you can look at mine for installation information then. ?I have had my tubes and wires installed for over a year now, but the tubes have never been lit up. ?I have gone through 4 Plasmaglow controllers for the 2.1 million kit, and all 4 have been bad. ?I gave up on Plasmaglow and will be switching over to Streetglow this summer.

Those were good pics Sam...

I have a 2004 Nekkid AV and I bought the 4 tube kit from LED Underbody.com

I have the nerf bars soI won't be able to mount them under my running boards like Sam.

Thanks I'll keep looking as well... till it warms up some.

even with the Nerf you can mount there..

Thanks Trav. ?I'm trying to get some of these knocked out before next weekend. ?I mounted the interior tubes and just need to wire them up. ?Going to go and get some wire to finish it up.

Great Job Jerry You are the man..  I am sure Mhough will buy you a few at MCM...  If not I will buy you a few at the next GTG we are both at..

Couldn't get a clear pic of the far back one,it's just mounted with the plastic "O" ring things screwed to the flat spot behind the bumper. The side pictures with the brackets(that Hugz designed) for a total of 3 tubes behind the back wheels. 2 full kits at a min are needed for the AV

Even gave you much deserved credit for the bracket design
