Used '03 Prices

Found a '03 Arrival Blue Z71 used w/18,xxx only thing missing On-star, leather, & satellite radio.

Kelly's Blue Book was the only site I found for used prices listed for '03's.

What has everyone else been seeing for used '03's?

try autotrader.com, I don't think edmunds has '03 pricing out yet, but I haven't checked recently. From what I saw on autotrader, you can almost come out better buying new, especially now that the dealers are trying to move the '03's out.

I'm currently in the process of negotiating a deal on an '04 Av...from the research I've done, you are WAY better off buying an '04 if you are purchasing a new 'Av. The incentives are going to drop on the '03's soon, and increase on the '04's. There are not many used loaded Z-71's in the '03 model...I've had several dealers look around for one. Also, a new '03 is only about $2,000 less than an '04, and I believe invoice is the same on both vehicles. As soon as you drive that new '03 off the lot, you are $10,000 in the hole compared to buying a pre-owned one. If you can find a used '03, great. I did see one, and it was going for $33,000. The incentives right now are $4,500 cash back on the '03 and $2,500 on the '04, and the '04 has new colors and 10-way power seats. I was offered a loaded '04 Z-71 for $34,999 (MSRP approx. $42,830)...I don't know that one could find a new '03 for less. Hope this was of some help to you.

I disagree with the previous post. It should be obvious that you can save cash with an '03 and a lot more with a used '03. You can save at least $2000 and likely more since dealers are really looking to move them out. And the difference in value will not be as great as the money you save.

Bought a new 2003 MSRP $40,147, Paid $29,820 + tax, tag & title. Tax was based on price before $4,000 rebate & $1,000 customer loyalty discount.

Hey XAXAXAXA....
What options are on your Z71? I keep debating on 04 vs 03 and I hate that list of deletions in exchange for 10 hp. Im about 1-2 weeks from buying a new Av and Id love to walk in with numbers from a recent deal.
