Vehicle History On Used Avalanche

Is it possible to check the history of a vehicle from Canada. I found a 02' avalanche that is forsale in the U.S. but I ran the CARFAX on it and it only sais it has two records and the record sais it was purchased in Alberta, Canada but there is no Odometer reading.
It seems like their should be more than two records if the truck has changed hands at least twice. (first owner to dealership) I want to make sure this dealership that has the truck now hasn't fiddled with the odometer reading. Is there any way to find a more in depth history.

I have see many AV for sale in dealerships, and sum two years old tracks has only 9,000 miles on it, and speedometer up to 120 Mil/Hour. You can see that on eBay.
My questin is: Any new Avalanches ever was manufactured with speedometers up to 120 Mils/Hour, or this is dealers game?
