I have a 2008 AVY. 4wd. 100k miles. There is a body vibration at 65+mph. list of things done by dealer. yes, a ton of money has been spent....
New Transmission
New rear end
New Transfer case
New hubs
New Control Arms
New stabilizer and bushings
New Tires
New CV axles
New U-Joints and then driveshaft
New struts and shocks
New Motor Mounts

I cannot for the life of me find this vibration. its under the seat after i get above 65MPH. Its very noticeable. Like shaking mirrors noticeable. when i get home, i can smell rear end fluid and here a whine noise when i accelerate. is there a pinion alignment to check on these trucks. ive found no information on such myself

Just Because a part has been replaced with new does not mean the new part is good.

I would go to tires and have them road force balanced and have the wheel check for out of round, trueness. make sure tire bead is parallel to wheel mounting surface. etc etc.

Yeah... I mean.. with all that done, you've kind of covered the spectrum of things that could be causing such problems. Your issue should be addressed and resolved by the dealer especially after spending all that money. There's no excuse for the vibrations to still exist. Either they misdiagnosed the issue (if its been in for that) or you've got a bad part causing issues.

Agree with the above. One thing I don't see on the list is the driveshaft. Since you say it feels like it's under the seat, your drive shaft could need balancing.

drive shaft replaced. sorry for late reply. I can smell the rear end fluid after i drive it. this is the second rear end replaced in it. one thing i will say, when i go up a wet hill and spin a little bit, the truck shakes bad from the rear. truck has never been wrecked. always just hwy driven.

had the tires road forced balanced and checked for true. i put new tires on it after the vibration started a year ago.

WHEEL BEARINGS FROT AND REAR??

rear end you mean axle or rear differenential...
there are bearings in outer axle tube ends and a seal.

the complete rear end assembly was replaced by GM at dealership. so what is going on now. had everything from the engine and back replaced new by dealership. went in with the vibration issue. it was leaking from output seal at transcase, rear end smelling bad and had the vibrations shaking the truck.
the dealer replaced the transmission, transfer case, rear end assembly. in less that 100 miles, the truck is doing the same thing. leaking at transfer case, vibrations, and wheel hoping when the tires get loose on wet pavement. at this point, im at a loss to know what else to do.
