Voltage fluctuation

Greeting everyone,
So I'm having this strange issue. My voltage gauge would drop ever so slightly. It's hardly even noticeable but I see it drop and I can tell by the sound of the engine. I have changed the battery and Alt so those are good. Looking for info on were to start.

Have battery & alternator load tested.

Then, inspect and clean the main ground groups. There are youtube videos that detail all main ground locations for the GMT800 platform.
