Does anybody know the facts with the WG case? Everyone that bought a warranty before 6/03, are we totally screwed unless we go to Texas for the court dated in Feb. ? Shouldn't They be taken off the store page?

I can't belive we still have WG listed as a site sponsor. I almost fell for there cr*p about 6 months ago just because they were a CAFCNA sponsor. I had assumed (my bad) that if thehy were a CAFCNA sponsor, they would be a good Co. 
If you read all of the info that WG sends you, it states attendence of the Feb hearing has nothing to do with seeking a claim to recoup premiums or warranty work. You need to fill out and submit the claim form and send it to the courts.
