Billet grill and running boards are next. They should be here in a few days.

:B: :B:
JasonC,

Congratulations on your new ride! Those wheels look super and fill the wheel openings nicely. ;D

Enjoy it and thanks for the pics!

Jake

Looks great! Are you looking into the SS front bumper that some people had mentioned too? I think that would look awesome with those nice street rollers.

Beautiful Av, guy! I must admit, I like the WBH version.

One comment, you should blackout your license when posting photo's. I am actually not sure why, but people seem to do that. Does anyone know the reason?

Thanks Irontrain, I knew there had to be a good reason. The world we live in, I suppose..... :(

Nice Ride!!

I didn't realize the grille and light assembly were different on the WBH.
Yep, we get the Silverado front end. :cautious:

I am taking your suggestions and I am reposting the pics with my license plate smuged out....

thanks-
Jason

Why is that[Silverado front end]?
They did that for the WBH because the cladded front end needs to have the cladding in place for it to look correct. It was probably easier and cheaper to use the Silverado clip to get everything looking right.

true. just removing the "regular" Av's cladding would not have done the trick, lots of bends and creases int he sheetmetal that are there for mating to the cladding at transition points - it (a cladded Av stripped of its cladding) would have looked unfinished (to say the least) in the bare light of day. On the downside, the fact that they used Silverado fender wells means that those fender flares have no application to the cladded Avs.

JasonC your AV looks good

Looks great Jason. Be sure to post some more pix as you continue to mod! ;D

I agree that removing the cladding alone would have made it look like a shaved poodle but I still think the could have used the same grille and headlight assembly.

The only thing that makes it look like an AV is the sail panels and side compartments.

I would look into Xenon, they have a styling kit for the wbh avalanches and they are sweet!

but check out the bumper they got, $430.00

i got mine for $320.00, and if you are interested i can get you one for that price.

now now... before you guys have a "BIGRED you got a wbh?!" fit, no no... i'm just using that bumper and some nose work and alot of body filler... it will do for now, i'll worry about the rest of the cladding later. ?;)
