We Need Sponsors For The East Coast Regional

Ok here is the break down. Wiki and I been talking and trying to get more members involve as well as getting more sponsorships.

If you know anyone that would be interested in sponsoring this event, Please let us know. I am in the process of putting the packets together and be finalize within 3 weeks or so.

The more sponsors we have, the less it would be for Registrations for the East Coast.

So far, here is the list of Sponsors.

Garber Automall, my work in Florida
Love Chevrolet, Columbia,SC Wiki world

working on Walmart, restaurants and so on.....

I hope you get the idea.

The Big Thing is that this will be posted on every packet that you will have as well as other stuff from Pigeon forge.

I'm starting to rumble on but I hope this make sense to ya'll.

I know a lot of you wants to do both the Regionals and Nationals or even perhaps ALL 3.

I know I would really loved to go to the Nationals, but it would all depends on the $$$$ and time off.

Being in the Retail Business, Car Dealership, It's not that easy.

So please let us know what you can do to help out.

If you have connections in any areas as a sponsorships, Great post them here or PM me.

Good post Richard! The whole thing here like PlanteAV said, is the more money we generate, the lower the cost for Registration will be. Registration fees will be set up just like Nationals. The fee will be per AV, and include the driver and a passenger. Right now, we have 2 Chevrolet Dealerships sponsoring us, as Richard pointed out. Any $$$ amount will be wonderful, and we are setting up an account as we speak. Sponsors can provide advertising to be put in all of our books that Richard is putting together. This will be good if they feel advertising their business up and down the east coast is profitable to them.

I don't know anyone at Hendrick Motorsports, but maybe you can pull some dealer connections and see if they would be willing to sponsor some stuff. They have dealerships all over the place and several NASCAR teams. Also, maybe ping TNAV03 and see if he has any contacts at Corsa. I know he was trying to organize a GTG up to their factory.

planetav....what would I say to my local dealership here? How would I approach them with this. I have a pretty good relationship with the owner but not sure what to tell him and what to ask him for. Let me know and I'll talk to him today.

good to hear from you and thanks for helping out.. we can used it...the more members we have active in helping out in every way, this cuts down the cost for us to spend for Registration.. I hope that we get enought to cover majority of it...

trust me, it's not that much. More details will be posted soon.

For those of you interested in getting dealerships to sponsor us, thank you. To help you in your quest for fundage, please let them know that this book is being put together for all who come to the East Coast Regional Meet. This book is for YOU to use and keep. It will be full of information about PF and have HUNDREDS of dollars worth of coupons for the entire area. Im sure you will be able to save enough money to buy the book back by the end of the GTG.

With that said, you can tell your dealerships that the front section of this book will be dedicated to those who are sponsoring us. Depending on how much they donate, they can have up to a FULL PAGE add for their advertising needs. They need to provide us with this in the form they want it printed. This could be a VERY profitable thing for dealerships like Garber Auto Mall since they have a thriving online dealership. Also this is very useful for all of us on our long GTG's we have. Breakdowns do occur and the "Book" can get us in touch with great service departments.

Good luck on searching for sponsors. Our goal here is to eliminate having to charge for Registration. I am confident this goal can be met.

I will reach out to them and see if they'd like to get involved.

I might be able to get a monster truck to do a display for us too.

Since starting my own company I've been VERY busy (in a good way). Signed 3 new clients yesterday

Soooooo, finding time to devote to CAFCNA has been difficult.
I have made some calls, but no reply so far. I'll keep on them though.
