Web Site To Look Up GM Part Numbers?

Does anybody know where I can go to look up GM part numbers? I have a Trans Am and the Avalanche and would like to look up the part numbers. GMparsdirect.com doesn't seem to let you do this for anything built after year 2000. I would also like to be able to look up part numbers for the Caddy EXT as they may be interchangeable for my AV. Thanks!

I know what you mean...I happen to like the third brake light on the Caddy...I would contemplate giving my Av the new 3rd brake light...unfortunately I don't know the website your looking for...

Don't think this magic site exists. . .

What I've done is sent a description to GMPartsDirect, and they will return a part number. Takes a bit of time, but works. Even did this for internal transmission parts for my S-10 Blazer - came back with the numbers the next day (prices too high compared to aftermarket, but the system worked!)
