It just happens I have that Friday night off, I might have to use a personal day or two,...

I've never visited Lake Michigan south of Ludington unless you count briefly in Chicago

Actually that sounds like a good idea, maybe I'll get back up to the UP Monday and Tuesday then head to the Nationals Wednesday. I'm off all week.

As we will be comming from the West, we'll have to sneak in a family trip on the ferry (Badger) between Manitowoc and Ludington.  Great places to see in that part of MI!  :woot:

It will be great meeting ya cooncitycornflake.

we met him and his family at des moines last year. it was nice to meet some more AV owners from west of the mississippi. hope to see ya there.

It will be nice seeing you again cooncitycornflake, get a convoy going and bring the Des Moines gang.  (y)

I am gonna look into going.  About 12 hours driving time.  The bonus is it would provide a dry run for a group trip I am planning for next year.

True, But think of all the fun you will have. I don't think you would be sorry if you can make it.

I kno it would be great to be around people that love the avalanche as much as me. And it's only 650 miles away so I'll have to talk to the other half

Everything is booked through DoubleJj Resort.  The Hotel, Cabins, Log Homes and Camp grounds are right there on the property.
Call the number in the Hotel Thread and they can help you with whatever you need.
So far the majority of bookings have been Family Cabins.  (pricing is also on the Hotel Thread)

Just a little insite on the property at DoubleJj...The Hotel and Suites are located in what is known as "The Frontier" section of the property and the Cabins and Camp Grounds are located in "The Back Fourty" section fo the property.

We look forward to meeting ya!!   (y)

We got our first Donation for the Raffle!!

Thank You Bedrug!!!
