yep. i agree as well.

That is 100% the e brake cable for that particular wheel. You may be up north and its rusted and the clip came off etc.

yup, Avs are noted for the entire E-brakes to rot out (backing plates included)...even here in Colorado where we use no salt on roads. A weak spot in our beloved Avies.
