What was your very first mod, upgrade etc.

Amber DRL's and then a Kenwood stereo. Installed Bluetooth after that. Might be lookin at a grill or a dash trim kit next.

Little Bump....

I bought my truck with a Flowmaster, bug deflector and a CD Deck.

THe first thing I did was throw some Xenon lights in (9005, 9006) and installed a Trailer Brake.

Plans now are amber DRL's Full time Fog lights, Programmer, and Cold Air INtake.

Oh yeah and maybe some screens in the headrests for the kids.

First mod on my 2500 was remove the back seat.  Hella room back there now!  I think I'll only put the single seat side back in and a carpeted peice of wood on the other side for cargo, tools, dog.....

OK, I've owned my 03 Z71 for about a month now and I'm luving it! So far, here's my mod's:
- 315's (35") BFG's
- 17 MT's
- 6" Pro Comp Lift w/ suspension
- DRL's
- All On-Hi
- Backseat headrest
- Tinted Windows
- Painted front Bowtie to match body color (need to add more clear coat though)

On order:
- sail panel led's
- 2 mag lite's with brackets
- easy lift tailgate

Any ideas/comments to help me out...I know I'm missing something, cosmetically speaking. I'm saving the intake/exhaust and stereo/dvd system for last (big bucks). I've read a ton of blogs lately and I know I must be missing something.

My first mod was the simple maglight addition. Also added some chrome accents. I know a lot of you take all the chrome off, but I like a little shine. Going to add the amber drl next.

Sorry to butt in, im new and was wondering what sail leds and maglites are.

Sail leds are small led lights wired into the brake lights.  They replace the bolts on the top of the sail panels (angled part of cladding behind passenger doors).

Maglites are flashlights.  The maglite mod is when you add a bracket to hold a maglite somewhere in your truck.
