What was your very first mod, upgrade etc.

First mod for me was tint......20 percent to match the factory on the back.

Then it went .....

K&N CAI
True Dual Flowmaster 50 series exhaust
Performance Tune
Painted Bowties
New Wheels and Tires
LED's inside and out
Fire and Ice Light Bar
and so much more......modding is a virus....call me infected
 
Ambers... but I want to remove the dealer sticker next.  I have a few other "housekeeping" things to do to the truck now that it's mine (stone chip repair, etc...)

I have a set of Westin running boards (black) up for sale if you are interested...  Came off an '02, had them on my '05.

I don't really considering changing from a white light bulb to an orange light bulb to be a mod, so I'd have to say...I replaced the entire freaking drive line!
 
which upgrade did you do first or which one is you think more important to change from these two? lift kit and wheels/tires or air intake and exhaust?

I did an exhaust and air intake immediately after doing my lift kit. The bigger tires effectively changes the rear end gear ratio. I had my torque convertor unlocking going up grades on the highway where it didn't used to. The cia and exhuast helps it breathe a little better and took care of most of that issue.
I'd do the intake and exhaust first. Be advised though, You'll like the sound of your new set up and have a tendency to put your foot in it more resulting in decreased mpg.

Previous owner had already done color matched flares, factory nerfs, tint, vent shades, and air deflector.

I bought a black billet bowtie before I even picked up the truck!  So my list starts at:

1. All Sales black billet bowtie
2. Hunter bullbar

On deck:
3. Front shock extensions and crank the torsion bars
4. 16x8 Fuel Revolvers wrapped in Cooper ATP 285/75r16

From there I'll probably pick up some Hella 500FF fogs for the bullbar and work on ditching the factory nerfs and picking up some N-Fab nerfs to replace them.
 
Ambers. Bought them the very night I was accepted into the Av club. Never knew that I would be driven mad by the need to mod!!!!  :B:
 
It's been less than a year since we got Ava, but it is soooooo many mods ago since the first one. But here goes...
1) Harley Sticker
2) Window Tint
3) Amber FTDRL
4) Sail Panel LED's
I have done so many mods since the end of June last year, and I still am feeding my addiction!!
 
Just went for the "MUST" have item - transmission oil cooler  :p. Oh and then there was that chrome bug sheild I picked up. My '08 LTZ needs all the chrome it can get  :D
 
1st all four Callahan brakes and d&s rotors
2nd black Billit bowtie and painted bar black.
3rd black billit locking fuel door
4th ambers
5th tinted windows or should I say black windows
Already had black and chrome wheels so that saved me a lot.
Working on painting the cladding now.
 
1. Bed slide.
2. Intake.
3. Console Vault.
4. Chrome sills.
5. All weather mats.
^ all from old avy on day 1  >:D

6. Upper windshield tint.
7. Chrome steps.
8. Chrome exhaust tip.
9. Amp/sub.

Don't need/want anything else. Probably do a lift+wheels+tires+steel bumpers in 4.5 years when warranty runs out...I LOVE THIS F'IN TRUCK!!!
